Extended Screw Idle Adjuster with Spring for Honda Grom 125 Kawasaki Z125
Extended Screw Idle Adjuster with Spring for Honda Grom 125 Kawasaki Z125
The idle adjustment made it easier for all those Honda Grom or Kawasaki Z 125 stunt riders or those who want to dial in their big bore engines. You now can adjust your idle without any tools. Simply replace the screw and nut from your throttle body and install an extended idle screw and spring. You will also need to remove the plastic cover.
Installation notes:
- Remove the throttle body from the intake manifold. There are 2 screws that hold the throttle body to the manifold. Once you remove the throttle body, screw the adjuster on and then re-install the throttle body to the manifold.
- The included button head bolt will replace the bolt under the throttle body butterfly that holds the intake manifold to the head. This step is important, if the button head bolt is not used, then there is the risk of idle cable snapping/breaking.
- The plastic cover for the throttle rotator can no longer be used.
- Keep the adjuster as straight as possible for a smoother operation of the cable.
